Notes: Scarlett wore her 1982 outfit in the Sunbow series, but with a wide, white belt and long hair usually in a ponytail. Whereas the comic paired her with Snake Eyes, her feelings were for Duke in the Sunbow episodes. The series also gave her a leading position on the Joe Team (comparable to Stalker's in the comic). She wore her hair loose in early ads for Marvel comics. The DiC series featured wavy hair (still in a ponytail) and a raspberry-colored version of her 1982 outfit, with a low-slung black holster for a laser pistol. Scarlett's file name was mentioned in the episode Captives of Cobra, Part 1.

- body: Scarlett (93), Chun Li (93/I, 93/II)
- legs: Scarlett (93), Chun Li (93/I, 93/II)

| SCARLETT began her training in the martial arts at age nine and was awarded a black belt at age 15. She was not only physically ahead of her time, but mentally as well. She graduated summa cum laude from two Ivy League universities and went on to excel in training courses at all four branches of the armed forces. Cobra often mistakes her for just a pretty face rather than a member of G.I. Joe's elite Ninja Force, which makes her perfect for undercover missions. She is a great friend to each of the Joes, especially SNAKE-EYES, and a deadly enemy to Cobra.
| Variations: A few copies of Scarlett have a simple swivel joint at the neck instead of the ball joint in use since 1985.
| Toy Notes: Item #6874. Featured in the Ninja Force commercial. Scarlett's right leg is spring-loaded for a kicking maneuver; she is not jointed at the waist. The resulting mold makes Scarlett look overly large-hipped.

| Scarlett was one of the first female members of the G.I. Joe team. She is as beautiful as she is deadly. Scarlett earned her black belt in Tae Kwon Do at the age of fifteen, and has continued her training in several other martial arts. Her skills at intelligence gathering are top notch. An expert undercover operative, she has gone up against the best COBRA had to offer. They never knew she was there. When the government closed down the G.I. Joe program, she considered it a chance to make up for her strained working relationship with Snake-Eyes. Taking up residence with him in his mountain cabin, the time off helped them heal their battle scarred hearts, and ultimately form a much stronger bond. In her spare time, Scarlett began teaching women's self-defense seminars at various universities. She received word of the re-organization of the G.I. Joe team members, and returned with her partner.
After the team's first encounter with COBRA forces, they found a suitable location and in the tradition of the men and women who served their country before them, raised the flag in their honor, and declared - STARS and STRIPES FOREVER!
From General Hawk's Files: "I call it a blessing to have Scarlett on the team. She's tough, smart, reliable, and okay - beautiful. She keeps the team in line, and the enemy on their toes. I value her skills as both a martial artist and an undercover operative. Snake-Eyes and she have been through a lot. They work well as a team, on and off the battlefield. I'd put her up against the best COBRA has to offer, and sleep well at night, knowing she will return - mission accomplished."
Motto: "Beauty may only be skin deep, but I'm lethal to the bone."
| Toy Notes: Boxed in a Toys 'R Us-exclusive set with the Stars and Stripes Forever flag base, Sgt. Zap, Stalker, Snake-Eyes, Grunt, Rock 'n Roll, Breaker, and Short-Fuse. Item #28020.

| AGENT SCARLETT first learned martial arts from her father and three brothers, who are martial arts instructors. She began her training at age nine and was awarded a black belt at age 15. She was not only physically ahead of her time, but was mentally advanced as well. She graduated summa cum laude from two Ivy League universities and went on to excel in training courses at all four branches of the armed forces. The COBRA organization often mistakes her for just a pretty face rather than a member of the elite G.I. JOE Team, which makes her perfect for undercover missions. She is great friends with SNAKE EYES, and the two makes a deadly combination against all COBRA adversaries.
