Slip-Stream intercepts a Cobra command code and uses it to destroy one of their satellites. When Firebats and Night Ravens attack, he and a Cobra pilot named Raven shoot each other down over an abandoned Cobra lab. B.A.T.s target both Slip-Stream and Raven and chase them into the lab, where they encounter booby traps and evidence of a slimy failed experiment, which turns out to be a monster dubbed the Bio-annihilator.
Slip-Stream manages to signal the Joes, who scramble a rescue team, but when Raven contacts Dr. Mindbender, he leaves them both to the creature. Slip-Stream uses the command code to set the lab to self-destruct, and he and Raven reach the surface in time to be picked up by a Tomahawk, while the creature is caught in the explosion.
