OzoneFile Name: David F. Kunitz of Three Mile Island, Pennsylvania. Grade: Army E-4 (1991-1994) SN: 245-7001-DK27 Notes: David Kunitz was a toy designer for Hasbro, and the figure is intended to bear his likeness. Three Mile Island, in the Susquehanna River about 10 miles northeast of Harrisburg, was the site of the famous nuclear power plant accident. There is no indigenous population.
