My Favorite Things

19th of 30 episodes in Sunbow season 2. Written by Doug Booth. First aired October 16, 1986.

Previous episode: My Brother's Keeper
Next episode: Raise the Flagg!

The theft of a portrait of Rasputin is the latest of Serpentor's efforts to enhance his strength by gathering relics of all his past identities. He robs a museum for a battle axe near where the Joe Team is holding war games. A battle ensues, ending with Leatherneck destroying the battle axe. At his next target, Castle Dracula, Serpentor takes revenge by poisoning Leatherneck with a dart dipped in his blood.

Wet-Suit and Lifeline follow Cobra's mothership to India in search of an antidote. A cup of the serpent venom needed for a serum is spilled, and the only other source is Serpentor's giant snake. Wet-Suit initially balks, but with encouragement from Lifeline, he corners the snake and allows it to bite him. Lifeline permits Wet-Suit to throw a single grenade on the way out, and it destroys Cobra's mothership. Leatherneck and Wet-Suit recuperate at Headquarters together.
