A battle in the Suez Canal is interrupted when a golden coil falls from an alien craft. Shot in the crossfire, the coil sends several Joes and Cobras back in time to ancient Greece. A Night Raven drone snatches the coil, but Lady Jaye hijacks the craft and crashes away from the others. The other Joes encounter locals and are mistaken for characters from Greek mythology.
The Joes float their Tomahawk in search of Lady Jaye while Cobra attacks a town in hope of using their fire-weaponry as a fuel source. Sgt. Slaughter makes an alliance with King Augeas to aid the Joes in keeping the coil from Cobra. Lady Jaye shoots the coil with a recharged Cobra laser, sending the Joes and Cobras back to the present. The aliens return and recover the device, which turns out to be a lost toy.
