An Egyptian inscription is stolen from the British Museum, and a short time later, Firefly forces two Antarctic scientists to provide him with a rare plant. Firefly evades a Joe response team, but marking dye splashed on his uniform allows the Joes to track him to a secret Cobra base. The Joes overrun the base and learn the ancient tablet contains a formula for a love portion.
Flint and Lady Jaye surmise that the Baroness is trying to attract a bachelor billionaire who controls the world's largest shipping fleet. They crash the man's yacht party while the Baroness dances with him. As Cobra's leaders monitor the situation, Flint falls under the Baroness's spell. A jealous Destro starts a fight with him, and he and Flint are both ejected from the ship. Lady Jaye then swipes the perfume, and it falls into the hands of the tycoon's admirers before falling overboard. Joe and Cobra battle beneath the surface for the perfume until it is snatched away by a crab.
