| DR. MINDBENDER created the CYBER-VIPERS because he needed two things: intelligent soldiers who could handle his highly dangerous, bio-engineering operations laboratory, AND keep the genetically enhanced MEGA-MONSTERS under control. The Cyber-Vipers do both. They are first-rate fighters with evil brains enhanced by Mindbender himself. They are first-rate fighters with evil brains enhanced by Mindbender himself. They are half-man and half-robot, and both halves form one tough enemy for the MEGA-MARINES to fight. These cybernetic troopers help control the top-level command operations of the Mega-Monsters and are responsible for initiating their destructive attacks. They are the guardians of monsters, the overseers of doom.
Motto: "We are Cobra's elite cybernetic organisms: walking computers with bad attitudes!"
