| "U.S. Marines are considered to be the toughest fighters in the world, and that's exactly what I thought...until I joined G.I. Joe! It takes a lot of courage, strength, and stamina to fight evil the way we do, which is to say that we battle to the bitter end and never stop stomping our enemies until victory is achieved! Whether I'm fighting on dry, barren desert, or making a commando raid on an enemy bunker, I know I can count on my training and my teammates to get the job done!"
| Toy Notes: Item #81047.
| Reissues: Also boxed around the same time with Action Pilot Astronaut, Action Soldier, Action Pilot, Action Sailor, and a Space Capsule (Item #81049). Unlike the other figures in the set, Action Marine's figure and accessories were identical to his single-pack release. A modified version of the figure was boxed in 1998 without accessories as a Toys 'R Us-exclusive keychain.
