| COBRA C.L.A.W.S. COMMANDER served in the elite special operations unit of a European army before working as a mercenary in various trouble spots around the world. Not much is known of his history before that, but it has been rumored that as a teenager he was active in the criminal gangs of Russia where he dealt in bootleg video games, counterfeit designer jeans, and pirate copies of hip-hop CDs. He is fluent in five languages, an expert marksman with pistol and rifle, highly proficient with edged weapons, and an expert with all known types of demolition materials. COBRA C.L.A.W.S. COMMANDER is also the leader of the Combined COBRA Choir and Glee Club.
In command of the elite COBRA C.L.A.W.S. unit, he believes in leading by example. He is the first one out of the helicopter during an airborne assault, the first to kick down the door in an urban raid, and the first one to break into a rousing rendition of "The COBRA Marching Song" (in A-flat).
"CROSS HAIR had me in his sights once, but luckily, my body armor protected me. Someday, I will have him in my sights and he will sing a different song entirely."
